- Phase 1 vs. Phase 2 Investors (Phase 1 currently sold out):
- Investors who commit early and are part of the first $5 Million raise will be Phase 1 investors.
- Investors who invest after the first $5 million have been raised will be phase 2 investors.
- Phase 1 and Phase 2 investors will be in the project for the life of the project.
- Investors in both phases will receive a 6% preferred return and will be paid quarterly.
- Preferred return for phase 1 investors will be paid at the start of the project in 2022
- Phase 2 investor’s preferred return will accrue until approximately 2024.
- Preferred return payments for phase 2 investors will begin approximately at the end of 2024. In addition, portions of accrued preferred return will be paid over a period of time until the accrued preferred return is paid.
