Scale My Portfolio was founded by two brothers – Nikhil & Mehul Parekh. Our journey in real estate started back in 2008 when we started investing in single family foreclosures. While, we made good returns, each investment was time consuming and a lot of work.

We wanted to find a way to make these investments at a larger scale and more passively. Upon doing some research and networking with key investors, we discovered passive Commercial Real Estate investing in 2011. We began investing with a local syndicator and had great success. We continued to invest this way and slowly began introducing our friends and family to this approach and raising capital for syndicators. The word spread and our investor base continued to grow through referrals.

Now, we want even more people to benefit from this approach and reap the rewards of passive Commercial Real estate investments. We want to bring to our investors curated Commercial real estate opportunities from vetted best in breed syndicators across various real estate asset classes such as Apartment Communities, hotels, Senior Living, Medical office facilities, Self Storage, etc.
