I first met the Parekh brothers in 2016 at a meet up where Mehul Parekh was presenting the benefits of passive commercial real estate investments. I was very impressed with his presentation and his in-depth knowledge of real estate. I invested in an opportunity shortly thereafter locally in an apartment community in Cary, NC which the group exited recently and I was very impressed with the return of 59% annually for the last 5 years. After investing in this apartment community, I have invested in five other investments through Mehul & Nikhil – both apartment communities and hotels. The Parekh brothers have been very helpful in guiding me and very responsive in answering any questions I have had during this investment journey alongside them. All in all, I can personally say they have been doing their due diligence to ensure the investment is safe with good returns and I look forward to more investment opportunities in the near future. I have also referred a couple of my friends to the Parekh brothers so that they can benefit from passive Commercial real estate investments.
